Scheduling & Time Tracking: Clock-in/out data, shift history, GPS location (for verifying clock-in)

Device Usage: When using company devices (e.g., company iPhone), actions may be monitored for security

Incident Reports: Submissions through Connecteam including safety, behavior, or accident records

Performance Notes: Feedback, warnings, or attendance issues may be documented

2. How We Use This Information

We use your information to:

Manage schedules, shifts, and time tracking

Process payroll and tax documentation

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Communicate business needs and updates

Respond to incidents or emergencies

3. Who Has Access

Access is limited to authorized personnel only:

Management and ownership

Payroll processors via Gusto

Supervisors for scheduling and shift tracking via Connecteam

We do not sell or share employee information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data:

Gusto and Connecteam use secure, encrypted platforms for payroll and scheduling

Company iPhones and Square readers are password-protected

Employee files are stored digitally in secure, access-controlled systems

5. GPS and Time Tracking

When using Connecteam to clock in/out, GPS may be used to verify your location at the job site. This data is not tracked continuously and is used only for timekeeping and shift verification.

6. Your Rights

You may:

Request a copy of your personal information on file

Request corrections to inaccurate data

Request how your data is being used and by whom

Requests can be made by email to hello@rovesauna.com or in person with management.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via Connecteam and require acknowledgment of the update.
